Tomi Kaleva has worked in various IT positions throughout his career. He has been an IT service manager, quality manager and operations manager. Currently, Tomi works as a SIAM Lead at Finnair. His role is to develop SIAM (Service Integration and Management) activities and improve processes.
The webinar will present how Finnair manages a large multivendor environment. Finnair has hundreds of different applications and hundreds of suppliers for them. Managing this vendor collaboration requires a well-planned governance process. The Product Owner's tasks play an important role in managing the governance model. The governance model also requires continuous development so that critical software remains operational and major incident situations are recovered from as quickly as possible. There are many moving parts in a multivendor environment and cooperation between vendors is important.
