Magic – itSMF Finland Annual Conference 2024

Join us at the top service management event in November 26th and 27th in Hotel Hilton Kalastajatorppa (Helsinki)! ItSMF Finland is an independent and non-profit association that aims to unite people and organizations, share knowledge and conduct research in the field of service management. The annual conference is open to anyone interested in service management. The conference is also suitable for English-speaking participants. The program will include full track of English speakers during both days.

A Kind of Magic – Welcome to itSMF Finland's 20th anniversary conference, where the world of service management is full of magic. We started our journey 20 years ago with the aim of sharing service management best practices and their experiences for the benefit of Finnish society, and the great journey so far culminates in a magical annual conference that looks like the association: full of great people and ideas that together work like magic.

The experts' speeches take us to the latest advances in se service management. Keynote speeches open doors to future opportunities and delve into how the reliable services available together with the customer experience are like magic from the perspective of all kinds of organizations and their people.

This anniversary conference combines the wisdom of yesterday with the promises of the future. Led by our keynote speakers, we will step into new dimensions in the world of services, discovering the unique magic that make services more than just solutions – they make them magic.

This year we have included e.g.

  • Artificial intelligence and automation in their various forms – in a year, technology has progressed wildly and, above all, a new set of experiences on the application of technology in customer organizations

  • Value demontration - Over the years, we have hugged and admired the technology and been intoxicated and excited about isms, but what they have achieved from the perspective of customers and users is real value and results.

  • Advanced service management capabilities - Both tools and service concepts have a huge number of new ideas and functionalities that organizations can utilise significantly more efficiently in management and provision of services

  • Designing and implementing digital value streams and the digital transformation of organizations that come with them - Automatic handling of information has been a trend since the invention of the computer. Our speakers share examples of how the digitalization of the user interface is changing the approach how the entire organization organizes itself

  • Humans do all the work, including configuring and configuring the use of artificial intelligence - In the presentations, we will explore how the changed environment and its capabilities affect people, culture and required competencies, as well as employee experience (EX) and well-being

  • Security – Not a month without a cyberattack on a well-known company's network, encrypting data and demanding a ransom. What do NIS2, ISO 27001 and other information security requirements mean from the perspective of service provision?
